Hello and Welcome to FFI

I am Toby Finnell, the owner and operator of this one-of-a-kind turf management and livestock nutrition company. We offer a wide variety of services, including lawn or pasture care, forage or lawn establishment, livestock mineral sales, and liquid feed sales. Our current base of operations is in Manhattan, Kansas, with a satellite location in Elk City, Oklahoma. Considering these two locations and our promise that we deliver all our services to the customer’s point of use, we have a wide and expansive service area throughout Kansas and Oklahoma.

FFI was formed from years of experience in turf establishment dating back to the dust bowl days of the 1930s. We have extensive experience, more than 50 years, in ranch and pasture management. Our expertise with livestock care is born from our rich history of producing or feeding more than 3,000 head of cattle per year on grass pastures and winter wheat. Furthermore, we maintain a sizable horse herd used extensively for ranch work. We use and stand behind the products and services we sell. We practice what we preach! The products we sell are of the highest quality and the services we render are impeccable.
